Our Managing Director; Mr. Ella Leo Ako is the founding Director of Marquella Ltd.

Mr. Ako, recognised the need and benefits business process outsourcing could bring to companies and organisations irrespective of size and performance.

He also recognised the various factors preventing companies and organisations from taking full advantage of economies of scale that can be achieved through process outsourcing.

Mr Ako acknowledged the need for a specialised, independent and professional outsource facilitator to help guide organisations, which are new to business outsourcing.

Working with a team of highy specialized individuals with a wealth of diverse backgrounds, Marquella is able to deliver outstanding service level performance to its clients. Key members of the team include Mrs Ene Ako-Ogbole who is in charge of Finance and client acquisition and Mr Rishi Khettry who supervises offshore operations.
